The Regional Synod of the Northern Catholic Church’s Saint Stephen Region will hold its next meeting on September 12, 2026.

The synod is the region’s most important decision-making body, which deliberates on matters affecting the life of the church with the participation of clergy and lay delegates, and determines the pastoral and organizational directions for the upcoming period.

The synod is preceded by a solemn liturgy in which the participants ask for the guidance of the Holy Spirit so that their decisions are led by wisdom, faith, and responsibility towards the Church.
